"Note: This package is an update to the original Blissful Sunset and is free to everyone who previously purchased the Dream."

So i assume you will be refunding my $8.95 because I purchased Blissful Sunset and you just re-sold me the same dream. Here's an idea, how about an email offering this "free" upgrade to loyal customers. Then again I suppose it's just easier to take peoples money and worry about sorting it out later "Shame on You".
If anyone cares, this is an excellent Dream and it scales perfectly......to bad I had to pay for it twice!

I would like to thank you for fixing my original concerns. I must apologize for my first post, let me explain.
I was very happy to see a new triggered dream and I did not read the description fully. I just wanted to hurry up and get it running so I paid for it and downloaded it. When I started it and realized that it was just an update I was a little upset. You have to remember that there was a thumbnail of the night scene and no others at the time I ordered. I definitely should have emailed support (point taken). In the end the whole matter was handled very professionally and all the issues that I had were addressed (notice the new thumbs and description). Thank you.
Boss0190, not sure what the personal attack was for but, whatever gets you through the day. I'm sure I wasn't the only one who was a little confused over this, because of the quick action of the stardock team. Keep up the good work I feel safer knowing that no "out of line" post will escape your watchful eye.

Boss0190, not sure what the personal attack was for

It was your special day. You won this months "Rant and rave about something that's your own fault" Award. You paid for it a second time? Without reading the description?

Yeah, a personal attack against all the people who bitch first and apologize after they realize they were wrong instead of thinking first.

Just the only one who acted rashly about it. Anyway.. Iy's fixed, all's well that ends well.

Personally I knew this dream was going to get a triggered update because I spoke with Brad directly and he confirmed it for me. When I saw the dream again on the recent list I immediately went and downloaded it through my account page.

I can honestly say, however, that were it not for Brad's confirmation a few weeks earlier in another topic that I would be a little confused as well. We're all guilty of rushing through things before, and I believe that Jedi's original post didn't quite come out the way he intended. Text will never convey human communication better than spoken words!

Hey Boss get a life....at least I bothered to apologize. I can promise you one thing I won't bother next time. It's because of self righteous as#h*&%s like you that this world is so screwed up. You make me sick. Don't bother to reply......I won't be back. Stardock get rid of this jerk. I hope when I'm an old fart I have better things to do than stick my nose where it doesn't belong......LOSER

As was said before, the problem was solved, so there is no further reason to continue harping on this matter.

I think the issue was defused with  #1.

Much of the crap that came later was exactly that.

Crap.

It's time for some to rethink attitudes and responses....
